Calibration over confidence
We publish every prediction-vs-PSA return, including misses. No marketing-only "95% accuracy" claims. The verified log is public.
We started SnapGrade after one too many PSA submissions came back as 7s. The math wasn't working — and there was no honest tool to predict what PSA would say.

Credit-based pricing because card grading isn't a monthly subscription-shaped problem. Credits never expire — buy in 2024, use in 2030.
If our AI confidence drops below 70%, the credit refunds automatically. We don't sell guesses.
The original team is three collectors and one machine-learning engineer. Between us we've submitted to PSA, BGS, CGC and SGC; we've been delighted by gem 10s and burned by surprise 7s; we've sold on eBay, Whatnot, Goldin and Discord auctions.
In 2023, after a particularly painful $1,200 PSA submission that came back averaging PSA 8 across the board, we decided to build the tool we wished existed: an AI that could tell us, before we shipped, which cards were actually worth submitting.
A year later, SnapGrade is calibrated against 412 verified PSA returns, trained on 50,000+ cards, and used by collectors who pre-grade everything from $1 commons to six-figure vintage Charizards.
BGS and CGC native subgrade output. Expanded TCG coverage (Flesh and Blood, Dragon Ball Fusion World). Direct PSA submission integration. More verified returns published, more data shared.
We're bootstrapped and intend to stay that way — no VC, no subscription pressure, no incentive to lock you in. Just a tool that pays for itself the first time it catches a 7.
