Credits purchased on SnapGrade never expire. They are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law or by our confidence-refund policy.
If our model confidence drops below 70% on your card, the credit is refunded automatically — no action required.
SnapGradeAI provides AI-powered pre-grading predictions for trading cards. Predictions are estimates and do not constitute official grading or authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be 13 or older to use the service.
Credits are non-transferable, never expire, and are non-refundable except under the confidence-refund policy or where required by law.
You may not use the service to grade counterfeit cards, attempt to reverse-engineer the model, or upload non-card content.
SnapGradeAI predictions are estimates. We are not liable for grading decisions made by PSA, BGS, CGC or any third party based on our predictions.
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
